I aim to enhance my limited knowledge of using technology in teaching through this master's degree. My goal is to streamline tracking and assessing my students' progress, reducing paperwork and manual tracking. Since arriving in this country, I've embraced continuous learning, expanding my skills, and gaining the confidence to face challenges. Mistakes, initially discouraging, become opportunities for growth, driven by the support of my family. Having a clear 'why' is essential. In the classroom, the teacher's challenge is not to limit students' learning but to emphasize the importance, advantages, and personal motivations behind it, allowing flexibility in how and what they learn.
Tell me about a moment in your life when you felt that difficulties pushed you to keep trying, to keep learning, and to prove to yourself that you could do better. Have you experienced something similar in the classroom?
